This week’s guest: Joel Esquilin and Marcus Maulucci of Glowlime Games.

Topics discussed:

  1. How Glowlime Games is educating the professionals YOU will want on your team
  2. The art of project management
  3. How to find happiness while still pursuing your dreams
  4. Tricks to keeping the scope of your game in check
  5. …and much more!

Hey everyone,

The work of Glowlime Games is not something we think about often. Many people don’t get a formal education in game design. In fact, most schools don’t have programs or courses for game design. But Glowlime Games not only allows students to learn by doing, but they actually create games that you can go out and play right now. They’re creating the designers, developers, programmers, managers, and directors of the future in a unique and effective way.

I think we can all learn from Joel and Marcus, no matter how experienced we are in this industry. Their insights into the roles of a development team, the way we all create, and what it takes to succeed in this industry is a fresh and often unheard perspective. I’m sure you’ll enjoy hearing from them as much as I did.
